本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイル向けアプリ FlowMo（以下「本アプリ」） に適用されます。本アプリは 本アプリの運営者（以下「運営者」） により商用サービスとして提供されており、「現状有姿（AS IS）」 の状態で提供されます。
■ 情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、ユーザーがダウンロードして利用する際に、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
- 端末のインターネットプロトコルアドレス（IPアドレス）
- 本アプリ内の閲覧ページ、閲覧日時、各ページの滞在時間
- 本アプリの利用時間
- ご利用のモバイル端末のオペレーティングシステム
なお、本アプリは端末の正確な位置情報を取得しません。
運営者は、重要なお知らせ、法令上必要な通知、またはマーケティング情報を提供する目的で、ユーザーが提供した情報を用いて連絡を行う場合があります。
より良い体験を提供するため、本アプリではメールアドレスやユーザーパスワードなどの個人を特定できる情報の提供をお願いすることがあります。提供された情報は、本ポリシーに記載の目的の範囲内で、運営者により保持・利用されます。
■ 第三者への提供・アクセス
本アプリは、サービス改善のため、匿名化されたデータを外部サービスに送信する場合があります。運営者は、本ポリシーに記載の方法に従い、第三者と情報を共有する場合があります。

情報の収集を停止する最も簡単な方法は、本アプリをアンインストールすることです。お使いの端末またはアプリストアが提供する標準のアンインストール手順をご利用ください。

運営者は、ユーザーが本アプリを利用している期間およびその後合理的な期間、ユーザー提供情報を保持します。

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application FlowMo (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). The App is provided by the App’s operator (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) as a commercial service and is intended for use on an “AS IS” basis.
■ Information Collection and Use
The App may collect certain information when the user downloads and uses the App, including:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device
- Pages viewed within the App, access timestamps, and time spent on each page
- Total usage time within the App
- The operating system of the mobile device
The App does not collect precise location data from the device.
To provide important notices, legally required information, or marketing messages, the Operator may contact users using the information provided by them.
For an enhanced user experience, the App may request personally identifiable information such as an email address or password. Provided information will be stored and used by the Operator within the scope described in this policy.
■ Third-Party Access and Information Sharing
For service improvement, the App may periodically send anonymized and aggregated data to external services.
The Operator may share information with third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- RevenueCat
The Operator may disclose user information in the following situations:
- When required to comply with legal obligations or court orders
- When necessary to protect rights, ensure user or third-party safety, investigate fraud, or respond to governmental requests
- When sharing information with trusted service providers performing tasks on behalf of the Operator (only as instructed and in accordance with this policy)
■ Opt-Out Rights
The easiest way to stop all data collection by the App is to uninstall it. Use your device’s or app store’s standard uninstall procedures.
■ Data Retention Policy
The Operator retains user-provided information for as long as the App is being used, and for a reasonable period thereafter.
